Sandra Knauer, Middletown Counseling Service's practice owner, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Sandy's undergraduate degree in Psychology is from the University of Delaware; her graduate degree, a Master's in Social Work, is from Delaware State University.  Among Sandy's many professional accomplishments, one favorite role is that of a published author. 

Sandy has her CADC to work with alcohol and drug abuse; she is licensed through the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists as a licensed sex therapist.
