Martin Schwarting, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management across the lifespan. He holds multiple academic degrees, most recently earning a Master of Science in Nursing from Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. He has over five years of experience in inpatient psychiatric care having worked in an acute psychiatric hospital, serving in the capacity of charge nurse. In this setting, he has provided care to children, adolescents, and adults of all ages with a wide range of psychiatric conditions.
His clinical experience includes the management of severe and persistent mental illness such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, as well as bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, ADHD, post-traumatic stress disorder, substance use disorders and adjustment disorders.
